Every Kelly Cove home includes a one-year warranty.  Prior to closing on your new custom home, we provide you with a New Home Orientation Pre-closing Walkthrough.   This includes a comprehensive Homeowner's Service Guide with a 24 hour emergency service process and instructions on how to register Warranty Claims.  Our warranty covers the entire home and all of its components for a full year after your settlement date.

Upon fulfillment of Kelly Cove’s initial one-year warranty commitment, you have the option of obtaining a 2-10 Home Warranty through a third-party provider.* This warranty covers workmanship and major systems of your home for two years, and covers the home's structure for 10 years.
